no accounts
vector has no sign-up, no login, and no user identifiers. A workspace is an anonymous
random key created on first launch and stored only in your device's keychain (synced by
iCloud Keychain if you use it). We cannot connect a workspace to a person.
what is stored
- Your tasks — titles and the metadata you or your AI agents attach (deadlines,
priorities, notes) — on our server (Cloudflare Workers + D1) so your devices and agents
share one list.
- Workspace settings and rules you set in the app.
- Agent bookkeeping — agent names you chose, hashed credentials, scan counts,
and an activity log of task changes.
- Calendar context, only if you turn it on — the start and end times of your
events for the next 7 (or 30) days, and their titles unless you switch titles off, so
your agents can plan around your day. Nothing else from the calendar; no attendees,
notes, or locations. Sharing is off by default, "Stop sharing calendar" deletes it from
the server, and it is never shown to anyone but your own agents.
what is never stored
- Your emails, chats, or documents. AI agents you run read those with their
own access, on your devices or accounts — only the tasks they distill reach vector.
- Names, emails, phone numbers, locations, contacts, or photos.
- Analytics, advertising identifiers, or tracking of any kind. The app contains no
third-party SDKs and the server keeps no request logs.
credentials
Access is by capability URL: whoever holds a workspace or agent URL holds that access.
URLs are shown once and stored as SHA-256 hashes on the server. You can revoke any
agent's URL in the app at any time.
deletion
Releasing a task removes it from every view. Deleting your workspace
(possible via the API today, and from the app) permanently erases all tasks, agents,
logs, and the workspace itself — nothing is retained.
sharing
Your data is shared with no one. It lives on Cloudflare infrastructure
(their policy) and is served
only to holders of your workspace's capability URLs.
